Then its not accurate - an ASR must be calculated only by (successfull calls
/ total calls) * 100.
To be honest, on a destination such as US48 if you ignore busy/not answered
calls for calculating your ASR I'd consider anything as low as 95%
unacceptable!

away from the phone? How is that possible? I've never seen any real life
ASR that high.
