Just a small word of caution on the spa3k... It too has issues with handling echo cancellation on long loops. Or, maybe I should say on loops with long echo tails. Sipura/Linksys tech support has suggested downgrading from the current 3.1.7 firmware to 3.1.3a to improve the issue. I've not heard of anyone having issues on shorter pstn loops, and I've not been able to define long vs short loops.
