I can use Google just as well as the next guy, and if you'd bothered to look at the results you could see they were extremely bland and not partially useful..... I'm thinking I want some up to date information and a beginners guide, But I'm finding it difficult to find much dated after 2003.... I'm not an expert on phones, I'm just an IT guy who thinks he might have a solution to a problem, that is not really his problem but is trying to see if he can get it to work..... That's how bad the Alcatel phone system is!
