I think I had that problem myself with the same setup. Also only efvery 
second/third incoming call got only to the Digital Receptionist - the rest were 
lost.

Increasing the Gain on the 3102 for the PSTN line helped solving that issue.

  I have a Linksys SPA3102 connected to my trixbox from my PSTN, all works 
fine. My problem is that after a call is disconnected my line is held for 
almost a minute before I can received a new call.
  I am not sure if this is because the SPA3102 is not detecting the Disconnect 
Tone or maybe a problem with my asterisk, 
  any ideas on this problem? or does anyone know what the disconnect tone 
should be for Bell Canada/Ontario/Toronto
