I am still working on these issues, no fix so far.
I originally bought it for its low price, if I could find a comparable card
at the same price point I would switch. I am using it in a small SOHO
setting with 1 main line and a backup. if I can not fix it I may have to go
with a card and use the SPA3102 on the backup line.
If no one has any answers or suggestions on these problems can you then
suggest a card at the same price point.

I have an SPA3000 that I've used for testing new Asterisk systems by
connecting its FXS to the Asterisk's FXO to simulate an incoming call.
It also does not seem to handle disconnects. In other words when a call
made through the SPA3000 to the FXO port on Asterisk is hung up from the
caller's end Asterisk fails to recognize it.
I can't contribute any more than that as I haven't traced it down.
