I would agree with Chad here. It's much like the Primus TalkBroadband service. They'll tell you it's not possible, but if you sniff the connection you can find your login information. After that, it's just a matter of spoofing the MAC of your ATA on your Asterisk and then logging into the appropriate servers.
But I also agree with Andrew Kohlsmith - This is a lot of trouble for very little gain. The VoIP pricing for Bell isn't really competitive with other, local, more customer-focused VSP's.
