It almost sounds cheaper to grab a regular 1FL in Whitby and have it get to 
him over SIP; hell find a friend or friendly business and run it that way.

This all reminds me of the old days of permanent call-forward lines in 
resident basements for out-of-area BBS callers.  :-)
