My Bell line is coming into my Asterisk thru a FXS port. I noticed when

I think this is because the FXS is waiting for caller ID.
I haven't tried it, but you could set "usecallerid=no" in zapata.conf;
then it shouldn't wait for the caller ID and should pick up on the
actual 3rd ring.
