Livia,I belevie you do have to get the rest of DIDs from Bell (costs around $2 
for 30 or more). Sometime ago I had a need for different exchange number 
through one a Toronto PRI (different rate center) but they were not able to do 
it. So, the CLEC that owns the block assigns paths. But why are you looking 
into other DID providers anyways? Bell has a good deal on them if you have the
