Actually they are currently charging us $120 / month for 30 DIDs which we setup about 4 years ago. $4 / DID which seems quite high, much more than most VoIP providers ! Second, I tried calling their business support today, and they didn't even seem to have any idea what I was talking about. They made me send an e-mail to some address, and I haven't gotten any reply yet.
