Often, that's the biggest struggle with Bell: getting someone one the phone
who has a clue what you're asking for. I tried to get a price from Bell for
a BRI and they couldn't even tell me who I could talk to about that. I
think I called 3 or 4 different numbers then gave up.

$4 / DID which seems quite high, much more than most VoIP providers !
Second, I tried calling their business support today, and they didn't even
seem to have any idea what I was talking about. They made me send an e-mail
to some address, and I haven't gotten any reply yet.

Livia,

I belevie you do have to get the rest of DIDs from Bell (costs around $2
for 30 or more). Sometime ago I had a need for different exchange number
through one a Toronto PRI (different rate center) but they were not able to
do it. So, the CLEC that owns the block assigns paths. But why are you
looking into other DID providers anyways? Bell has a good deal on them if
you have the PRI.

Regards,
Bruce
