Often, that's the biggest struggle with Bell: getting someone one the phone who has a clue what you're asking for. I tried to get a price from Bell for a BRI and they couldn't even tell me who I could talk to about that. I think I called 3 or 4 different numbers then gave up.

Sometime ago I had a need for different exchange number through one a Toronto PRI (different rate center) but they were not able to do it. So, the CLEC that owns the block assigns paths.
