Let's not forget tomato, which we all know how to pronounce but some 
people insist on pronouncing the other way (which is by our own 
definition wrong). That's a lot more important than "row-ter" (which is 
not 'recent', having been around for ~15 years), because more people eat 
tomato(e)s than buy routers.
