"easy" way to remote 2 sip extensions?

Hi all, i have a need to put 2 extensions at a remote site. it does have fixed 
IP but it is NAT, and the host (* 1.4) is NATted also. is there an easy way 
to get both extensions to work in this situation? Would it be better/faster 
to just run a second * & use IAX?
