Get the Asterisk box on a public IP (or screw about with port forwarding) and 
give them some Polycoms. 

I have numerous installations with polycom phones behind NAT (Linksys 
primarily, but Linux NAT as well), no fancy config on the NATting routers, no 
fancy config on the phones, and only a "nat=yes" and "canreinvite=no" on the 
sip peer entries.

Works like a charm.
