Dave: Try a straight-through cable. You need a straight-thru to connect a pri_cpe to a pri_net.
You may want to check that the pri_net group timing is set to 1 (primary) in your zaptel.conf, as well (http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/index.php?page=Zaptel.conf+span+syntax). Thanks, M.
