Richard,
I have about an 100 numbers from Didx and CallerID works just fine but I
use SIP from them and only set it up as an extension when it is to ring
direct to a set and not to any sort of IVR or other routing.
At didx I just do the number, so [EMAIL PROTECTED]
then in Inbound routes add the DID with no CallerID
then set the destination, either IVR or a ring group
That's it and work just fine.

Hi,
I bought DIDs from www.didx.net but was unable to see the originating
CID shown in asterisk call record.
It just showed extension 200 in the record. The following is the IAX
string I configured on the didx side for the DID.
100:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/200
I wonder if this is the correct way to configure it? It seems that
this is different from using a trunk...
Does anyone use didx?
Thanks in advance,
Richard
