[on-asterisk] The better smart phone out there

Hello everyone,
 
Last time I asked this question, HTC phones turned out to be the better by 
popular vote but I have seen a few models that freeze too often (Windows 
based). Are there any good phones that would support Wifi, quad band or at 
least tri band, be windows based and don't freeze as much (for softphones), and 
have bluetooth support.
