So far I'm liking the WRT54GS/WRTSL54GS/WRT54GL with X-WRT (OpenWRT with
newer GUI). I asked why people were seeming to look to DD-WRT firmware
instead but nobody answered.

I also have Wrap boxes running pfSense and m0n0wall which each have
pros/cons.

None of these have DSL build in and I'm dying to see someone do this with
the Sangoma S514(??) card for Soekris which has a PCI slot. This would give
actual kernel control over the queue rather than undersizing the throughput
so the DSL modem never queues anything because then you lose complete
control.

Subject: [on-asterisk] Consumer Class Router/Gateway recommendations.

Few days ago I posted my disappointment on the WRT54-GC router, following
which I got some amazing feedback on the WRT54-GL and others.

Now what I would like is if any (or ALL) of you could share the make and
model of your consumer class router/gateway that may or may not have a
DSL/Cable modem built in -- that you are currently using at your home or
home office or a small office, that has been working WELL with your VoIP
system.

To be more specific, I'm targeting the gateway/routers in the $150 price
range or less and with QoS available.

Thanks!
