For off the shelf with the vendor stock firmware, I would recommend DLINK
DI-724GU which costs about 160$
with QOS capability for VOIP system, as I have been using DI-724U for more
than 2 years at home supporting my
residential IP PBX with solid quality, with my in-laws watching IPTV
programs every day and my computer downloading
large files with or without BT.

I find DLINK DIR-625 or DIR-635 even more attractive with the same or better
QOS firmware, and better wireless
support and cheaper cost, I have one client running his SOHO VOIP system
behind the DIR-625 without any complaints.
