Hi David, I have been wanting something like this for a long time because it 
goes to a more general
feature available in nearly all PBX's ....... Class of Service
at the moment the only suggestion I could make is if the phone has a dial plan, 
adding a pre-dial digit
then disgarding it in the dial plan ie. Dial 9416NXXXXXX -> Phone 
->39416NXXXXXX -> dialplan 39|416NXXXXXX
