I tried to do something similar a while back but got nowhere. I set up a
separate registration for each of the "personalities" or "lines" but
Asterisk could not differentiate between the two registrations on the
same IP address for outbound calls.

Phone 202 has registrations for SIP/202 on L1/L2, and SIP/302 on L3.
I want a different route if the user picks L3 (source SIP/302) than if they
pick L1/L2 to dial. I want the dial pattern to be the same, eg: dial
9+[1]+10. I do not want a separate predecessor digit to identify which route
to use.
Any ideas? Am I missing something very obvious.
