Well, yes all use the Freepbx for the PBX conf. but Trixbox has a suite of 
other packages which
include system management etc.. I give Elastix the highest rating because it 
has very cool packages
like Hydrafax, Vtiger and Sugar CRM as well as a simple Call Center with 
predictive dialer built in. In
addition Elastix also has embedded and unembedded Freepbx in the same GUI. For 
me Elastix is more like a 5
course gormay meal than a Big Mac with Fries. If you just want a SOHO IP switch 
FreePBX has all you need.
