If you wanted to make all calls to and from your cell phone free, and you had access to an Asterisk box with at least two lines, then this would absolutely work. Setup your Asterisk box with DISA and call it from your phone. The painful part is you will have to dial the numbers manually. Coming the other way, you can loop the calls out your asterisk box to your cell. I can't think of any reason why this wouldn't work.
