I have used a couple of open source packages a couple of years ago. My recommendations:
1. ViciDIAL 2. gnuDialer 3. OR Install Elastix (latest) with Call Center Edition The web interfaces can be accessed from PCs, agent needs to be signed in to the interface and the phone. The screen on web interface changes accordingly.
