Just for fun I was going to do a price comparision - 1 phone line and 4 equivalent (roll-over lines) vs 1 line and single number reach. It was then I discovered how difficult that is. Any company that is afraid to give you the cost (plain and simple) is trying to rip you off. Hiding the cost within packages "starting at $x" and discounting for bundling different products (illegal in the UK) is rife on their web site. It's no wonder that other companies win over the customer with a fixed no nonsence price. And when will Bell stop nickel and diming us to death with their $5 per month with some feature that cost them nothing to provide?. These guys should get out in the real world and put themselves in the customers "shoes" if they want to keep the customer from walking. It just makes my blood boil!
