I agree with Bruce.  Stephen setup such high expectations, we're all
sort of shocked when there are issues.

I will say that at least Unlimitel built out their own network.  There's
been a few curve balls since Primus bought them.  But they are learning
and are slowly getting better at communicating with their customers.

While I'm sure no one will ever put the same amount of effort into
maintaining Unlimitel's infrastructure as Stephen did when he built it,
the voice quality continues to be superb - which is why I continue to
use them with my clients.

However, I didn't intend to turn this into another Unlimitel thread.

So to get back to topic:  The voip.ms issues continue... the latest is
that they are pressuring their Canadian vendor to bring an effective
solution to the various problems.
