I am having this exact problem as identified in this bug. Unfortunately the 1st workaround is not possible with AST and I could not see how the second could be configured for call park.

Basically when you park a call, and complete the transfer, the held party gets loud and distorted MOH. If you transfer before the park number is announced its ok.
Is anyone else getting this problem? Any suggestions on the workaround?
