Was unaware of any relationship like this ... My own config is similar with
a Digium TDM card supporting PSTN connection and a SIP DID provider ... this
may be impacting me and I did not even realize it ... 

Have noted that from time to time my server just seems to go into la-la land
... I have not examined it closely as a reboot seems to return it to normal
... Guess I am so used to Windows that having to reboot from time to time
did not seem unusual ...

What can you tell us about this relationship and why it might cause problems
???  And are you aware of a fix ???

Actually, I was going to bring this up.  Yes I am.  I see a pattern where
the high utilization/lock-out occurs after an inbound SIP call.  I cannot
confirm this to be 100% but I noticed a relationship.
