Thank you for your elaborate response.

You didn't loose me at all. That is exactly the
situation. I registered SIP clients to either networks
i.e. 192.168.101.1 or 192.168.102.1 and they both
register properly. 

The plain question is this: Is there a possibility to
initiate a call from a SIP client on one network to a
SIP client on the other network. And if possible - how
do I configure it.

For the purpose I mean to use the net4901 I would like
to use both eth1 and eth2 for SIP clients and I know
that less than 10$ will get me a switch...
