I just uploaded some images I built today from the asterisk-beta branch. This is the branch that contains the latest Asterisk 1.4 code.
There are some issues that we're still working out. For example, right now res_snmp does not work properly. You need to edit /etc/asterisk/modules.conf to noload res_snmp.so or Asterisk will not start. These image files are runnix images.
