Lonnie, I'd make it at least 64MB. My typical partitioning scheme is 128mb for the runnix partition, 128 for asturw and the balance for key disk. As Tim mentioned pretty much anything that is attempted to be written to on the ro branch of the union. Mostly this will be the password, group and shadow files, but for right now any module that gets loaded by the kernel is also put on there.
