The very latest ( 1.4.16.1 ) Asterisk, if that is your source, has a
broken ENUM , in case anyone uses it.
They broke it starting in 1.4.14

This is the branch that contains the latest Asterisk 1.4 code.
There are some issues that we're still working out.
For example, right now res_snmp does not work properly. You need to
edit /etc/asterisk/modules.conf to noload res_snmp.so or Asterisk will
not start.
These image files are runnix images. To load them, follow the
