Jonathan,

I'm sure my comments lost something in the translation.  mISDN in 
Astlinux uses oslec.  The oslec that was recently added for the zaptel 
package is flagged as "experimental" and will not be included in the 
next release because it requires more testing with Astlinux.

The way Ingmar explained this to me, these are two separate issues. 
(Ingmar, if I'm wrong, please correct me).

I understand that overall oslec is a good echo canceler.  I'm just not 
convinced that we have the package in Astlinux tested enough to call it 
"production ready"  Because many of us have Astlinux boxes in production 
environments, I'm not willing to take a risk in including it until it's 
further tested.
