Doing a quick look, this card requires Asterisk 1.4.17 or newer (ok there) and Zaptel 1.4.8 or newer (also ok there). There is no mention of a minimum 2.6 kernel. Looks like this card also uses the wctdm24xxp module NOT the wctdm module. You might be OK, if you just do modprobe wctdm24xxp ztcfg -vv Do that and report back.
