The only reason I started this discussion is because I have found stuff that
I need to backup that is not placed in /mnt/kd one example being custom
voice menu recordings, but also others like bug fixes I have had to make to
asterisk-gui (hopefully temporary until digium address the bug reports I
opened).  And there is presently no easy way to capture a backup of
/oldroot/mnt/asturw
