Just to confirm:

1. Setting NODHCP="$INTIF" does not disable DHCP

2. Setting NODHCP="eth0" does not disable DHCP

3. The above are unaffected by setting LOCALDNS=yes

4. Setting LOCALDNS=yes, copying /etc/dnsmasq.conf to /mnt/kd and
adding except-interface=eth0 disables DHCP
