Hi,

In my experience never use more than one PCI card be it PRI or FXS/FXO on a
system with that low power. I have seen that offloading FXS/FXO operations
to SIP based media gateways (e.g. AudioCodes MP118 4FXS-4FXO) will enable
you to conserver power. Since they have embedded g729, if you also have g729
phones you can use the system mostly in pass-through mode, and without
transcoding embedded hardware responds well to Asterisk.

With transcoding + PCI interrupts you are likely to run into problems
concerning CPU power and Interrupt availability.

I currently build systems with VIA Mini-ITX Embedded Hardware and have had
no stability / CPU concers with thses systems. However my PRI based system
(uses a SANGOMA A101) needs reboots evert 120 - 150 days or so.
