Yes you right there was a network problem

cost me another few hours to find out that specifying INTIF in rc.conf is 
not working.

I have to put it in users.conf  :(

But than still no luck dnsmasq is now complain :
grep dnsmasq /var/log/messages
Jan  8 06:07:14 pbx daemon.crit dnsmasq[1534]: cannot open or create lease 
file /var/lib/misc/dnsmasq.leases: No such file or directory
Jan  8 06:07:14 pbx daemon.crit dnsmasq[1534]: FAILED to start up

Any clues?
