No, the lease file is usually at /var/db/dnsmasq.leases . But the error is self-explanatory. Understand that with AstLinux, you should only edit files that begin with /mnt/kd/ (with a few exceptions wrt asterisk). You can get into trouble by editing /etc/dnsmasq.conf for example.
