If I limit the calls to 2 every 5s and no more than 8 calls I can 
exercise the card reliably.

If I up that to 9 calls I start to get HDLC errors and if I do 10 calls 
the entire span takes a dump and restarts.

The processor on the 5501 becomes too hot to touch at this point (I'm 
running with the cover off) and TOP claims a CPU of 45%.

I'm pretty much decided that this hardware combination cannot handle a 
great deal of call traffic but I'm gonna try and add a small passive 
heat sink to the CPU to see if that makes a difference.

Next stop is an Atom at 1.6ghz
