You'd think you could get to 100%.  Also pay attention to transcoding - 
i.e. if the calls are from SIP and you're in the US, set the codec to uLaw

Hmm yeah, I suspect you may get a change if you had a card that is able 
to change its interrupt rate - i.e. Digium VoiceBus or Sangoma, although 
I haven't tried it for myself.
