Hi, Does anyone know a tutorial on how to do this? I think I need to use hostapd 0.6 but I don't have to alter the kernel code to allow ath5k to act as an access point with the 2.6.31 kernels. I already have a hostapd.conf file that was working with madwifi.
Are there any other problems I should watch for, I'm running Fedora 12 and the card is a; 07:01.0 Ethernet controller: Atheros Communications Inc. Atheros AR5001X+ Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01) Thank you for any help! James
