It's useable, but very different, and, in my opinion, not as intuitive.
I would suggest getting a mac computer. It has the screen reader built
in and behaves more like a computer with a classic windows interface.

I know this is probably already been answered but at the time I wasn't
interested in knowing; however, now I do need to know from someone who
has used the program. We are going to need to get a new computer; the
one that we are now using is on it's last legs. What I want to know is
does Windows 8 truly work for a totally blind person? I know from what
I have heard that it is different from Windows 7. But can you learned?
Can you use it like you would Windows 7? Any feedback Will be greatly
appreciated!
