I was simply answering your question. I believe I quite clearly indicated that I was not debating the pros and cons of anything.

Debate the point or don't. If you are not sure pick a side
and say "I'm just playing devils advocate".

You are trying to raise concerns and when you are asked
to be specific you say "Oh, I am not for it or against it."

No, when you ask me if I'm arguing in favor of a specific format, I say that I am not. You're very eager to get to me to come to a conclusion one way or the other on the format and are assuming that since I haven't yet seen the wisdom of your approach, I'm obviously against it and should have a ready list of complaints you can debate. That's simply not the way it works.
