Populating compulsory fields is a separate issue that is independent of
this Pace.  That is, it's an orthogonal problem to that which this pace
was intended to resolve.

I can say that there is at least one existing implementation that does
things in the same style as PaceMediaEntries4 (just a couple of minor
differences) and populating compulsory elements is simply not an issue.
