Ok I've installed everything except for the startup files that you have included, I'm not really sure as to what they do exactly. BTW my harmony 550 works beautifully :D. Now I just need to be able to update to nightlies without XBMC crashing and I'll be uber excited. I've got everything working so nice now I don't want to risk it lol.
I had to send back my first CrystalHD card due to it not working, Hopefully my next one will be here by early next week. So i gots time to get svn updates working.
