That is what most .po files have.
"Plural-Forms: nplurals=2; plural= n != 1 ;\n"
You left out parentheses. Actually that works too -- msgfmt doesn't
complain when generating pt_PT.mo
But, I will leave the line as in the other .po files. It's equivalent and
more consistent.
