About the first translation "音声編集ソフト" ("Sound Editor"):
The "音声 (onsei)" corresponds to "sound" and "編集ソフト (henshū sofuto)" to
"editor".
Certainly "音声" often means "voice" too, for example "音声認識" ("voice
recognition"),
but it's one of the most common words that represents "sound" or "audio" in
Japanese.
About the third "環境設定をリセットする(&R)" ("Reset Preferences"):
Another reason why I recommend adding an access key is because
most strings in Inno Setup have those for buttons or checkboxes.
Adding it to an original option of Audacity must improve not just
accessibility but also consistency.
