For those of you that are using Transifex to translate Audacity: I created a new resource for the release-3.0.3 branch in the Transifex project. Translations should be filled up automatically via the TM (translation memory). You can also download existing translations from one of the two "master" branches and import them in the "release-3.0.3" branch to make sure the latest translations are used.
