Paul,

I know that character, but I don't use it for Audacity translation or
any other localization projects because...

   - I'm not sure whether that special Unicode character is always
   processed correctly.
   (Japanese Windows OS loves Shift_JIS.)
   - There are no believable standards or guidelines providing how it
   should divide Japanese text.
   - It's hard to comprehend where/whether I and other translators placed
   that invisible character in the past.
